Investor's, we offer a complete package for just a one-off payment which is the equivalent to 10% of the initial annual rental income and is what we refer to as our ‘Finder’s Fee’.

Our Finder’s Fee includes:
• Advertising your property
• Contacting those on our waiting lists
• Arranging and accompanying all viewings
• Identifying suitable tenants and processing credit checks and I.D. checks
• Completing a ‘Schedule of Condition’, which includes photographic records of interior/exterior of the property
• Taking and recording utility metre readings
• Providing a comprehensive information pack for you and your Tenant
• Arranging the first month’s rent and deposit to be paid to the Landlord or Pension Company
